One of the most popular spots in the world for winter skiing is Meribel. Tucked into the French Alps, this ski resort is at the heart of the Trois Vallees (Three Valleys), arguably the planet’s largest ski area.

If you’ve never been to Paris but are planning a romantic weekend getaway to the City of Light, or a fun couple of days with your BFFs, you should definitely travel informed. You’ll only get a snippet of time, and Paris, with all its dazzling lights, high-end shopping ops and wonderful restaurants

If you ask most people to sum up France in a few words they’d probably say; ‘good food, nice wine and the home of champagne’.  Whilst all of this is true – and the country does arguably produce some of the best wine in the world – it just doesn’t do this fantastic country justice.
